Location: Chicago Ohare Airport - Gate B16

I finally met my team! They are super cool. I can tell that I am going to have a lot of fun with them! When I got off my flight I called Whitney and met up with her. Then we called Daniel because his flight had arrived about 6 hours earlier then ours. We called him only to find out that he was not even in the airport! He had gone into the city to do some sightseeing. So while we waited on Daniel to get back, Whitney and I ate at Johnny Rocket's that was located in the airport. This was last chance to get some American food before I left the country for till May 20th! It gave us a chance to get to know one another and talk a little bit. It was a little awkward, but that's to be expected because I have never actually met her until now. Up until today, I had only talked to her on the phone and on Facebook. The awkwardness quickly faded and gave way to excitement as we played in the snow outside the airport. We finally met up with Daniel who had finished his adventures in the city. We are now waiting on our flight that will take us to Düsseldorf, Germany. Bye bye English, hello Russian!
